A friend gave me 3 small scarves to wear with outfits.  They are only about 14" long and have a small magnet on each end. 
No wrapping required. Just put it around the neck and the magnets catch.  I'd love to find more of these for my Mom.

I thought since the set of 3 are black, ivory, and animal, it made me think maybe

Lori Greiner but I don't know where she sells now that she left the Q. 
Any idea?

Oh, the friend has no idea where she got them. She thought Macy's but they don't have them.

You might consider infinity scarves which are one loop you put over your head.  I find pretty ones on etsy.  I've also purchased some very strong magnets that go under clothing and scarves to hold them in place.  I'm sure I got them from some TV source (?).  Try Amazon.
