I just got this haul from the Gap/ON/BR site:

2 knit shift dresses, two tunics - one turtleneck style and one v neck, a pretty sparkly necklace from BR, a pair of Gap jeans...

Free S&H - used a $5 credit - $86 total for all...

I believe that I would go with a pop of color in a solid. Especially with navy blue pants. My first thought was lime green, yellow, red ~ something to give your outfit pizazz and not fight with the pattern in the scarf.
