Looking for a 3/4 length heavyduty t-shirt. Where can I find some?

Right now I always wear a long sleeve t-shirt with a short sleeve over it. This covers my floppy arm and helps with hiding the love handles on my back. So, I would like a wardrobe change to just a strong 3/4 sleeve t-shirt

So, where can I find a strong, maybe spandix type t-shirt that I can wear alone. I am ok with paying more for a better quality t-shirt. Penny's t-shirts have been to thin.

Sure would like some suggestion on were to purchase thick high quality t-shirts. TIA
