Looking For Wool or Wool Blend Socks.

I have poor circulation and cannot have anything binding around the top. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I ordered these http://www.qvc.com/3-Pair-Merino-Wool-Blend-Boot-Socks.product.A70001.html?sc=A70001-Zone&cm_scid=z... but then I cancelled because when I clicked on the photo of "welt top" it seemed to be tight?
