QVC is famous for holding on to inventory that is way past it's expiration date. Clothing inventory that is 5 years old isn't uncommon. Even old beauty products that are 5 years old from past vendors isn't unheard of. It's especially noticeable when a vendor has left and QVC is still selling inventory from the line years later.

 @ajsidney12 Your suggestion seems to make so much sense, but apparently retail accountants must find the numbers ($$$) of donating old clothes and the tax write off isn't as profitable to the corporate bottom line as trying to sell the merchandise to customers.

Don't know but I still buy it. Recently purchased 2 pr. pnte pants, 3 tee shirts,  a tunic and a linen vest in May 2018. Liz Claiborne New York was my favorite brand I wish the company could be revived..
