Live in TX and missing your order?

For the 2nd time in less then a week, I've received someone else's order inside a bag labeled for me.

 

So, if you are missing a pair of A351373 Brooke Shields White ankle pants, I have them and will take ANOTHER trip to the post office tomorrow to return them to QVC.

 

I'm going to call customer service since my jacket must have been delivered to someone else and to let them know about the wrong item.

 

I will once again put detailed instructions inside the bag since I don't want this lady to have to pay return shipping on an item that was returned. 

 

Customer service was able to note her account so hopefully if she calls in CS can ship her another so she doesn't have to wait any longer for her item to arrive.  My package that is missing is item A373093.

.
