My business (here) is being honest about how I feel about the merchandise and/or the vendors, when the subject comes up, or if I'm just feeling like I want to say something that could be positive or negative.
What I find rude are posters who come onto a thread where women are posting their pics and feel free to insult them.
I have ordered items that have been slammed on these boards. It doesn't matter to me one way or the other. I like what I like and others like what they like.
I have never passed on buying an item I loved because of comments here on the board, no matter how derogatory. I have not bought something because a design defect was pointed out or something was pointed out that I didn't think of which turned out to be helpful.
I also wouldn't buy something I don't really like even if I was the only person on this board that didn't like the item.
I cannot fathom someone basing their purchase on comments here on this board. But then I guess that's the difference between someone who is confident in their clothing choices and someone who isn't.

ITA. Plus, QVC posts reviews, good and bad. So I don't see how opiniions on their boards are any different in how they might affect sales.
And, like I said, it's not my job to help their sales.
Might be someone else's, though.

I wonder why QVC would pair these two people. If all they have in common is that they are from California...so what? Do they save on airfare to PA if they travel together?

I, as expected, really enjoyed these 2 together. You can see they have a lot of history and good stories together. Hope QVC does this again.

Neither one is my cup of tea (I see such a show being frantic and not my idea of enjoyable), and I've never purchased from either. That's not bashing them, it's just a preference or not. I don't care for personally insulting comments based on that preference and I don't do them. Or personally insulting comments directed at other posters, for their preferences or way of dressing or looks or anything related.
I fail to see how anyone's preference for clothing brands or vendors affects someone else's, or QVC's sales. It's not a cheerleader convention, and I just use that word in the literal sense.

The pairing was bad.
