Not chic.

I don't like high-low hems, but this one is much more extreme than most I've seen.  I don't like it at all.

I would have bought this top but once I saw the "tail" it was a major NO for me.  I've never been a fan of high low tops because I feel that it calls attention to the fact that you're trying to hide something.

I agree! I like the plaids but the back is way too long. Just my opinion but I didn't see one person it looked good on.

I think that shirt might be well-suited for a pregnant elephant.  But, for me, it's too billowy, too swingy, too tent-y.   And ugly colors.

It gave me a good laugh, though.

I just tuned in to see what the top looked like and Lisa Rinna held it up and said,

"Are you kidding?"

I was thinking the same thing!

Lisa Rinna keeps saying today that plaid is “IN” and we’ll be seeing lots of plaid, and that she’s the first to bring plaid here.

Does she never watch QVC or sit in vendor meetings? Joan Rivers has been bringing plaid to QVC last season and all this pre-season.  Even Denim & Co. has been touting plaid.
