I got the black. Didn't go for mocha because I thought that would roughly be the color of my MW birchwood crepe ankle pants. So I'm going keep an eye out for mocha to return. 

Yes, I have one other pair of cargos. Stay with your usual Lisa size.

@islandgrrl -TY for sizing info. Looks like very positive reviews for the pants! I will wait to grab the mocha 'as is' or maybe they will have an encore tsv price offer fir her next shows/visit. Have a fabulous weekend!

Love all my Lisa Rinna cargo pants.  And warning... ladies stand back... I am going to get the AS IS so hands off.... LOL.  I am waiting and waiting.  I have to get the petite length in medium so when you see them please post.

@bonnielu hehehe.. I will keep my eye open for the as is and will ping you. I need the regular length. These are def returns, so I immediately toss into laundry. But no quality issues and pricing is usually the same or better as if it were an LTS.

As is was my only option when I wanted the black cowl neck TSV sweater. That is one of my fav items from LR. I have 3 of these sweaters. 

When is Lisa back?  Wonder if she will have a Sept/Fall TSV
