Liquid Knit Tops Have Become Too Expensive

I've noticed that the Susan Graver liquid tops have really become expensive. For instance tonight A253035 - $50+ (includes tax) for a top? I used to feel I was getting a pretty good value when I purchased her clothes. Now I think twice before I spend the money. I can go to a B&M store like Macy's and use a coupon and not have to pay shipping or tax.

I guess it's all a matter of perspective. I find Susan graver's clothes to be a tremendous bargain, considering the good quality that I've found them to be. I just started buying SG clothes about 3 months ago--- as I've lost weight and needed new clothes. I figure I'm paying less than half of what I was paying for similar items at Talbots.

I agree.I like the black tops because it repels pet hair. But no way should her tops be that much.

some of her tops are close to $60 with tax and the high shipping charges; I have 5 of her tops that were my go-to tops for work but I never paid more than $35 for them a couple of years ago; I am now retired so no longer need to buy new ones...but the liquid knit will last for years....I think most of her tops are far too expensive now.

I'm comfortable with the prices.

I like A253035. Cute tunic. Put the wheat in my cart. Thinking about it. Not sure if it will be long enough for me. Anyone order it tonight?

I will buy at that price because I feel they are a good value and last and don't go out of style for a long time. Some clothes bought cheaply only last one season.

Re: Liquid Knit Tops Have Become Too Expensive

I purchased her liquid knit tank top with the jewels on the neck and jacket combo...and ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. I was surprised...had to go back and buy the liquid knit pants to match. Now I am set for an upcoming 'banquet'....Thanks Susan...now, I need more liquid knit top choices to choose from please.

Re: Liquid Knit Tops Have Become Too Expensive

SG does have quite a lot of specials, easy pay, and the quality is good. My only complaints are: I really find it irritating and frankly offensive when SKINNY women like Lisa Robertson and Susan Graver, just to name 2 of MANY, who are constantly pointing out non existent places on their gorgeous bodies where " they carry their weight" or " they need coverage"....PUHLEEEEZE!!! Also, personally I think SG's line is TOO conservative. I am 56 years young and like to accentuate my best features. I like my V neck tops to be V neck. Not down to my belly button, but not practically under my chin. I am not skinny right now because of spinal surgery and treatment for Triple Negative Breast Cancer and have not been able to be as crazy active as I have always been, but I love my hourglass figure and like my curves! It took me a while to dress this new body, but quickly learned that the more you cover up, the bigger you look.
