Linea "Robyn" sizing

I have read the reviews on this shirt and have noticed both that people purchased their regular size and had no problem and people had to size down.

Is the sizing down due to the shirt beging 'relaxed fit'?

Before anyone sized down, did the shirt just hang on you or what (sorry that's the only way I know how to word that).
