Linea Necklace Question J153877

Linea ladies that have this necklace, I just received mine and where it joins the toggle, there is a gap of one inch on one side, about a half inch on the other where there are no pearls or beads, just string showing. Could you check your necklaces and see if yours are beaded fully to the toggle? The picture on the website shows it fully beaded. I will call CS if others are fully beaded. I love the necklace, just don't know if I am missing some beads or this space is needed for the draping of the pearls/beads. Thanks so much!
