First, I'm seeing all sorts of icons and images on the top of the message box. Why? In any case, I just took a look at Louis del'Olio's latest additions to the line. What has QVC done to my favorite designer? They obviously have severely restricted his ability to offer us the beautiful clothes that he used to bring us. They have so cheapened the brand that I can't see myself ordering anything. Lousy fabrics, no detailing, shoddily made. In other words, QVC has turned Linea into the typical cruddy stuff that they always sell. I could cry.

If you haven't made a purchase....how can you say the clothes are cheaply made and cruddy....

Seems like unfair statement about one of the nicest designers that comes to the Q.....

What is your basis for determining this?  Louis del'Olio has a business agreement to sell his line on QVC.  If his line has indeed changed, and you don't give specifics as to what has changed in detail, why couldn't it be Louis' decisions for his clothing line?  Or at the very least, an agreement between the two?  This post seems very strange to me.

She has purchased in the past but said she can't see herself purchasing anything now.

Sometimes, you can tell cheap and shoddy during a presentation.

Wow, your psychic powers amaze me!  You can tell all that just from seeing a few things presented on tv.

Wow, I already have probably 3 or more of the items from the early a.m. show today and have to say they are quality, beautiful garments at terrific prices!  The suede jacket especially is so much nicer than what I could find in stores for twice the price.

The striped cardi, long sweater with the color inset (fantastic), both designer style and great quality/price, have worn them a lot, get compliments, they wear well, wonderful pieces.

The jewelry from Linea is nicer by far than any fashion jewelry I see in the department stores and unique and unusual as well.

Sorry you are disappointed, glad I have these items and find them to be exemplary and I love them.

I'm not sure about what specific items the OP means, but would love to know.  I have several LDO items and must say that they are anything but "shoddy".  How about more info, OP?

I have tons of Linea clothes. The last items I bought were the denim swing jackets that he offered a few months ago. I am not depending upon telepathy. I just have to look in my closet. There is no comparison between what I bought before QVC tried to let Louis go...and I was part of the group that lobbied QVC to keep the best designer they ever had...and what I bought after. When I looked online this morning at the new items,

I was disappointed yet again. Those of us who followed Louis from the beginning at QVC know what great clothes he offered. They were beautifully made, constructed of wool, silk, linen...all natural fibers. Now it's polyester and rayon all over the place, with a loss of   the detail that was a hallmark of his work. I stand by my post. It's only my opinion, and I still could cry.

@VIVIAN Florimond

Like you, I have been disappointed with some of the items in the Linea collection.  Some pieces just don't appeal to my personal taste, and sometimes the fit was off, or the zipper was flawed.  However, there are many Linea pieces that are among my favorites.  I reach for them time after time when I need something to look presentable, but I don't have much time to think about putting together an outfit.  I've purchased several great skirts and sweaters from the Linea collection, and I have no regrets about those purchases.

I've read some negative comments here on the website about my favorite pieces.  I've also read positive comments about pieces I would never want to add to my wardrobe.  Overall, I think the quality is there and there's something for everyone.  Some new collections don't appeal to me, but I'm sure I will see something in the future that I'll want to purchase.  I just keep checking back because they add new things to inventory.
