When I got Issac's sweater with the embrodery and cut outs in cream, I looked at the embrodery and put it on a shelf. Yesterday, I got it out to iron and the weave was pulling apart all over the sweater creating small holes! I didn't keep the paperwork, so I called CS and asked them to email me a postage free return lable since it wouldn't print. It didn't show up in my email after two calls; it didn't show up today! Amazon doesn't have such issues? They can't handle this basic application?
Have you experienced anything like this?

Can you print it yourself by going through your order history and printing a label for that specific item?

Who irons a sweater?

It takes way too long for me to wait for them to send me a return label. It has taken over 1 week while I wait.

I am having a LOT of issues with the QVC website that have gotten really bad within the past 5 days. I worked with my ISP, restored my browser back to factory default, worked through all the troubleshooting on my laptop yet experience the problems only on QVC.com. Same problems when I access the site on my Android. So, something is definitely going on with the website. I can't shop but I can at least access the blogs without trouble. Images won't load except on the home page -- if I try to go to Fashion or Shoes & Handbags and shop through the navigation sidebar (like clicking on Sandals) the images won't load and my screen freezes with "transferring images from qvc.com" and a big blank screen. I then have to force the browser to close and start over. It's maddening and the webmaster has been alerted.

You can access your order history online and just print out the return label yourself. It's very easy and you don't have to wait for CS to send you one. Did they tell you that? They should have. It's much quicker.

I don't own a printer, won't own a printer. Hate them, long story. So if I lose my label, I just go to order history and write pertinent information like order number, date, my info, and reason for return on a piece of paper and enclose in package. Write out your own address label. You will get your credit.
