Christian Siriano posted this photo on Instagram, from some time in the past when he made this dress for the actress Lily Collins. She wore it in Paris.

To me it's fashion perfection, very Audrey Hepburn. The dress, the hair and makeup, the accessories. The photo backdrop can't be beat. 

Just a pretty escape during these very difficult times.

It's hard to see from the still picture, but Lily's also wearing a little bling in her hair.

She wears this dress in her new Netflix show, Emily in Paris. You can see her from the shoulders up (and the bling in her hair) on the staircase at the 42 second mark in the clip below.

I did some quick Googling. The dress is 100 % polyester. $1,800. From his pernanent collection, so I guess he didn't make it for her.

She wore a sparkly little headpiece too. The whole look is just beautiful imo

It’s very beautiful. I would like it even more if the sheer part was just an inch or so at the hem.
