I like it on a dress.  The skirt has a little fullness and is very attractice.  I don't know any other part of our figures we want to "flare", lol!!!

Hi Gary love love the fit and flare---please make MORE petites, elbow or 3/4 length sleeves. The animal print is beautiful, but not in petite so can not purchase.
