Now, even men are wearing them.  Yikes.

I've seen a male QVC host wearing them.

Unless they look like Mikhail Baryshnikov in them, that's visual pollution and hurts my eyes.

I've never worn or owned leggings. I did try on a pair once, but even with a tunic top covering everything, I just didn't like the look on me. I wore straight and slim leg pants and jeans during the legging decades.

Leggings were very popular in my city for many years. Women were wearing them everywhere. I admit I got tired of seeing the look. My 21 year old niece and her friends were wearing leggings with crop tops a few years ago. 😱

I still see a few leggings being worn in my city, but I'm seeing more long loose pants dragging on the ground, especially on younger people.

Well, I admit to wearing jeggings and I can.  I have good legs and wear leggings that are not so tight and tops that cover my waist area and below.  I did not wear them so tight that I have a camel toe or anything near it.  In fact, most of my friends and acquaintances say they look great on me, and these are an honest bunch of ladies.  Unlike many in our age group, few wore them and those that did were not always attractive in them, although there is a lady in our town who is a city councilwoman and she wore them as well and looked great in them.  I think they are now passe.  I don't see them around town but I see the two cute ladies at the nail parlor who are either coming to get their nails done and then work out or have worked out and then donned their tights and shirt and came to get their nails done.  Either way, they look fantastic.  Makes me a little bit jealous.

I think it depends on the person's style and body shape. I don't wear leggings but to each his own.

I don't like people staring at my b*tt.

Makes me uncomfortable / 'bothers me' .

Even though I'm 'lanky' - slim-ish.

'Buttom' instead of bottom.

Honestly, so much unnecessary judgment.  She was clearly wearing what she likes.  If you don't like what she's wearing, you can look at something else.

The nude or  tan choices can be mistaken for nude.  From a distance.

Sometimes, I have to take a 'second look'.

Otherwise, I don't pay much attention, but DH sure does.

He often asks if I saw this or that person, etc.

I admire every single person that isn't thin that wears the leggings!

I want to go up to each one & tell them they look Great!

How wonderful that they are comfortable with their bodies & confident in themselves as human beings to put on what is soft & easy to wear & go live their lives!!

Not in every situation. But if they are just out shopping or walking on the boardwalk, you do it!!

Not everyone that works out & keeps themselves healthy get a lean, thin body.

A lot of people are healthy but have different type bodies & maybe they just came from working out & have on their workout clothes.

Maybe they are just comfortable wearing the leggings.

I admire that.

I get tired of feeling ashamed of myself because someone may be looking at me & judging me for my body, or how I dress, or how my hair is grey.

I do not care to see their underware or orivate bits

@I am still oxox

If you can see their panties and private bits, you're way too close to their bits.

'All in all', I've often thought and said that it's a good thing to have good self esteem.

I wish I had better self esteem.

I think from now on, I'll work on it.
