What happened to the original Legacy rep. She's been on for years; haven't seen her on lately.

I read a while back that she was enduring some illness.

Oh! I hope she gets well and comes back soon - she seemed like a nice girl...

I heard the same rumor that Karen was ill. With that in mind, and also, for the past few years Legacy had been bounced from QVC as the brand suffered from hosiery not being a part of the daily wardrobe for so many women. Q revamped the line first with some shapewear items (which I assume did not fare well since it didn't last). Then they came out with tights and leggings, and now this skirted legging thing which seem to have given them a chance to feature the brand again on a regular basis. They even had a TSV this year. Actually, regardless of what is going on with Karen personally, it actually makes some sense to change the on air face of the brand so that the "new" Legacy won't be associated with the former in people's short attention span minds.

She was fired. Literally walked in and found out she had no job.

There was another thread on this last week that basically said she's been replaced.

WOW! Whatever happened to her, I think it's very sad. I don't see why they should fire someone 'cause they update and improve their brand: it makes no sense. She presented the product well and seemed personable, yet not overly yacky, someone I could listen to. I didn't have to watch stupid leg kicks or gyrations that they call dance; didn't have to listen to endless personal stories and pictures of a rep wearing shoes everywhere!!!!! she was a normal presenter, describing the product as is - what else should be required?!? Oh well. good luck to her!

I think I recall that she was fired....she even wrote about it on her Facebook page or whatever social media she was using. I didn't see it personally, but I think another poster wrote about it when it occurred.

I always liked her, she seemed competent, pleasant, just what a vendor is supposed to be, and she was with the company for a long time. She also had beautiful legs, so she was a good model, physically, for the product.

Legacy was the only knee highs I would wear, love them so of course I do miss them. I have a larger calf and loved the ones they had for larger calf's which I don't find in stores and if I do they really aren't for a larger calf nor are they comfortable.

I thought she just giggled through every single presentation she ever did. could not get a sentence out without silly giggling. After more than a year she should have been able to do so.
