@Greeneyedlady21   Guess I'm in the minority if I had to choose between the two I prefer the version with the straps, especially seeing it being worn by the model.  

She's not very "busty" which is why it works for her.

From the waist up I like it but the bottom part is not attractive, it is too much with the ruffles and the design isn't appealing at all.

There's too much going on in the dress for me.  The bottom reminds me of my grandmother's curtains or a bedspread.

I agree; the strapless version top is incongruous with the bottom.  The deep v neck is suited more to the style of the dress.  IMO, of course.

If you watch Say Yes to the Dress, there have been a few brides that love this dress.  It's different and I would have to see it in person to make a truthful judgment.

I prefer this one, too. It definitely has an expensive "antique" feel to me (minus the deep plunge, I guess!). Neither is really my style, though.
