Lands' End closed their store here where I live. No outlets here either.

I 💕 Lands' End . . . . .

My #1 Choice for clothing, sleepwear, linens, bedding, and towels. Love their Supima Cotton, especially tees, sleepwear, towels and sheets.

I'd never buy Lands End from Q. You can always find a promo code on Retailmenot and other similar sites for LandsEnd .com that bring the prices down below what you see at Q, Macy's, or Kohl's.

There were a lot of 50% off promos out last October-Christmas and I hope LE does the same this year.

I love Land's End.  I like ordering, and know they have free shipping.

Have they changed to have return free shipping?  That's what keeps me from ordering.

I usually keep everything, but if items don't fit, I prefer to return.  It's not worth the cost for me to return if I have to pay for it.

I like their sales too, but if you don't have the credit card, shipping is usually not free unless you spend $99. I just ordered 2 shirts on sale, and had to pay $9 in shipping. That is my only complaint. Luckily, I have a Lands' End store about 15 minutes away so I can go there for returns. I shop there too, but if I find something online for a good price, I'm more apt to jump on it and just pay the shipping.

“…nevertheless, she persisted.”
