I bought a squall jacket for my DH few years ago, and the zipper broke. I call Land's End to request the zipper to be replaced. They told me they don't replace zipper, but they can replace the jacket or get my refund. They told me what to do, and gave me the address over the phone, so I can send the jacket to them. All this happened at the beginning of December. The UPS just dropped off a package from Land's End, is my DH brand new squall jacket. They don't charge me a dime for it, and no questions ask when I told them the zipper broke after many years.

Now, that call Excellent Customers Service. {#emotions_dlg.thumbup}
