I prefer to think of it as the hippie movement allowed women to start to come into their own, and be themselves rather than what society (men) expected them to be.

Not my style. It looks beautiful & impeccably made, but it’s too formal & stiff looking. I don't wear much pink either.

I think it is very pretty. I would like it a little longer, tho......over the knees.
