Reminds me of the "mod" style dresses I wore in the 60s.  Mini length with white collar and cuffs.  But the shoes were very different - I seem to remember flat, "baby doll" shoes, not heels with pointy toes.

I have never been a fan of her style, but I think she looks terrific in all these pictures. The white ruffled dress and the polka dot outfits are my favs. LOVE the light blue handbag she's carrying in the last pic. 😍

I love the look.  The dress is being worn the way it's supposed to.  I'm not used to seeing her natural hair, but she's lovely.  I Lady Gaga.

The dress Gaga is wearing looks similar to the fitted mod dresses of the 60's.

She sure does look 100% better with her hair dark. That awful harsh blonde color she was sporting did her no favors.
