No it isn't ... not even close to a "perfect fit".  .   It's too tight and is not flattering.   

Picture what this will look like getting in and out of a car.  Yikes!  The hem will practically ride up to her waist.   

She should definitely fire her stylist.

"Too tight" is often subjective. When a woman has a tiny frame wearing a dress with "give" often makes her look like the dress is wearing her. Even the slightest amount of extra fabric can make that difference. It appears Lady GaGa came to the same conclusion as did her stylist....

We're talking about two different things here ....  This isn't about "give" .... as in spandex in the fabric content.   It's about the dress being too snug to fit properly, and it's just not flattering, no matter how cute her figure is.  The main problem is she's wearing the wrong size dress.

My first thought was that it looked like she had washed it and it shrank!   

I took the time to see other dresses by this designer, and didn't see anything else that was too snug, so I'm guessing it's not how the designer would want it worn ... ideally.

I am sure it's a very emotional time for her. She loves Tony Bennett and he has Alzheimer's. Their concerts this week for his 95th birthday are called One Last Time.

Fashion must be bringing her some distraction from the sadness. She is a sweet sensitive person under all the surface stuff.
