That's one really ugly outfit, especially the footwear.  Looks like she's wearing underwear as outterwear.  I see nothing cool or trendy about it nor do I think she "rocks it".

I think she looks great and I admire her creativity.  I don't care much for her personality but recognize that she's extremely talented and always expresses her individuality.  She is not afraid to step outside the box.
