Ladies, since we know each other so well,

What is your favorite wine?

I can't take dry.  My "sour sensors" are painful with anything acidic!  I love Berringer White Zin.  I use it in cooking Italian dishes and with everything we grill.  It's also hard to get at the store and the larger bottles are often gone!

What's your fav?  How are we similar?

Re: Ladies, since we know each other so well,

I drink red wine almost exclusively. After a wine tasting trip to Oregon's Willamette Valley I fell in love with the pinot noir grown and made in that region.  So that is my first choice if I can get it.  But I'm not picky and often drink red blends.

Two wines that never disappoint:

Red:  Louis Jadot Beaujolais Villages

White:  Kendall Jackson Vintner's Reserve Chardonnay

@MaggieMack ~ My sister-in-law is a big fan of New Zealand wines and recently mentioned  Kim Crawford Sauvignon  Blanc is one of her new favorites.  I see a bottle in my future!

@islandgrrl

Try this brand, if you can find it.  The 2012 is very good too, but you'll have more success finding the 2013.Cat Very Happy

Re: Ladies, since we know each other so well,

When I do drink wine, it is usually a Riesling.  I don't find them to be too dry or too sweet.  Just very light and refreshing.  I used to love Zins, but they really started giving me acid reflux.
