While watching PM Style this evening I heard Lisa mention she hasn't decided yet what she's wearing for Friday night's Red Carpet Event. Thought I heard wrong but played it back and that's what she said. She said designer Mark Zunino has designed a few dresses for her and she gets to pick which one she likes best to wear for the event.

I'm so confused as I thought the whole idea of QVC promoting Project Runway All Stars this year was specifically for one of the designers to design LR's gown for Red Carpet. I know Q already sold that dress here shortly after that episode. Perhaps that dress was not Lisa's taste or it wasn't good enough for her. I personally didn't care for it either nor did it look like something Lisa would wear.

Looking forward to watching Q's Red Carpet Event anyway. Always fun to see what everyone is wearing and the program is something different from their usual stale shows as of late. Computers, Bedding, Mattresses, Vitamix, blah blah blah…..

Hope Zunino designed something more flattering for LR this year than he did last year. Thought that was the worst yet he has ever done and it didn't do host Lisa justice. I remember she could hardly move in it. She looked very stiff all night.

I thought the PR dress was for the Red Carpet , too. Although I said to my friends she will never wear that dress on a Red Carpet .

That was one unattractive gown.Lisa-Lisa does,however look very good in the color orange(and I am not referring to her aweful faux tan).

That particular challenge was a joke - seriously, they were going to design a gown to be sold on QVC?? (In an aside, the designers should have designed a red carpet gown and a separate piece inspired by the first to be sold on QVC). But I digress. The winning design was chosen with QVC in mind - the dress they sent home was the one Lisa seemed to love the most and was more her personal style. That challenge was ridiculous (I really hate the PR producers.)

I probably won't watch, but I hope :R doesn't wear Project Runway. If that show is the up and coming in fashion, I feel so fortunate to be of the age that edgy fashion just no longer matters to me at all. Classic with a little something extra is enough for me. Project R can disappear without bothering me at all.

OP - I watched PR and also thought that was the dress she would wear, she even said she would wear it, that is why it won - but I'm sure it's not tight or low enough for her - If she doesn't wear it, it just says the dress is not good enough for her 5th Ave taste. Yes, it is a bash, but if she doesn't wear it, it just proves my point about the self absorb person she is - I will watch it for 5 seconds to see if she does wear the PR dress. I never watch her shows. Her personal style and super tight and NO I AM NOT JEALOUS AND HAVE NO DESIRE TO BE HER
