I just was wondering what other women think.  I've never bought anything from LOGO as of yet.  I think a lot of her stuff is really cute, but it just seems a little too expensive sometimes.  I'm very short/small - 5'2" - so I don't know how her clothes would look on me.

Does LOGO look good on very small and petite women?  Also, do you layer clothes like Lori shows?  It looks nice on the models, but in real life would anyone really layer and layer their clothes like this?  Just wondering.  Thanks!!

uh oh @anniemae

You have asked a very loaded question!  LOL  Be prepared!

There are those on these boards who lose their marbles whenever Logo or Lori are mentioned.

Here is my honest opinion....

I also am short.  Long legs, NO torso.  I have several pieces and I love them.  I think esp. the longer pieces help stretch me out!  LOL

They wash wonderfully and last years.

I never, ever wear more than one top or tank.  For me, I would never style myself the way they style the models.  But to each their own!  I think the versatility is what I like about the line.  You can do so much and do very little.

I do layer, however, for me...layering is ONE tank and ONE cardigan (I am always, always cold and don't like my arms anyways.)

They're too long on petites & gives off a homeless look on.

I have about  24 or 25 LOGO pieces.

I do layer my LOGO - but according to my own personal style ... not Lori's.  I rarely layer LOGO on LOGO ... most of the time, I'm layering it with pieces from elsewhere.  LOGO pieces tehd to "stick" to each other.  I layer with things that are "slippery."  I don't want anything to cling anywhere.

I do like chiffon or crochet lace vests and over the LOGO tunics.  AND - alway a scarf!

Unfortunately I have to disagree with the above poster who says that they wash well and last for years, that hasn't been my personal experience.

I recently bought this one in 2 colors, have worn both a couple of times for short periods, haven't even washed them yet and they both are so pilled and the one I wore today, now has 2 holes in the fabric, right in the center of the top, from the zipper on my jeans is my best guest.

Don't try to crucify me Pearley, it's MY personal experience and I wasted $130 on these 2 tops. Never again!

@anniemae

I am also 5'2 but all legs!

I've only purchased 2 twin sets (because they're cheaper that way) when the length appears a little less overwhelming to me...excessive length with an even hemline cuts my legs off and they're all I have for the illusion of height!

I did have one of her pieces get shredded in the laundry. I don't know if it was the washer or dryer...

I have a few LOGO pieces. All except one I bought at the outlet because the pricing is too high for the material. But I'm 5'8 and plus size and I like that her tops, vests, cardis, etc. are longer length. If you're petite I would start with one of her shorter length tops and see how you feel.

Do not listen to the haters. Don't even listen to Lori sometimes. I do not pile on layer after layer and some of her color combinations are not attractive. She had the models wear a top over the tsv dress that clashed hideously. Do what works for you. But the irrational hate for this line is ridiculous. It's one thing to not like the clothes, but when others mock and shame women, calling them bag ladies...it's veers on personal attacks. Right now I've got Bob Mackie on. His clothes don't appeal to me at all but I'm not going to attack those that do wear it.

@Cumbercookie13

I've seen no "irrational hate, nor any name calling, personal attacks or mocking" of Lori on this thread.
