why would QVC put an item with only a 3.2 rating as a TSV?  And it is not just a few people rating, it is hundreds.

They are trying to clean house. Fall stuff is coming in and I guess they are making room.

Many moons ago, when I liked QVC, a TSV was something special that I anticipated many dats.  Today's TSV is so boring, plus, for me, there is way too much LOGO.

I always though TSVs were NEW items, but I guess I am wrong. 

I would think TSVs are planned wayyyyyy in advance and because QVC makes thousands of a particular item, they stick with their plan.  It's obvious this was an item sold before and now QVC gives us their new thing - a TSV CLEARANCE item.  Whose bright idea was that?

Like a previous poster said, in the olden days, I used to get excited about upcoming TSVs.  Those days are long gone.

@Jaspersmom  Over the years, once in a while there have been repeat TSVs before.  Oftentimes (but not always) they've been something that has sold out at or around midnight so many people didn't get a chance to buy it.  There are other examples of repeat TSVs - they aren't always new items. I remember when one of those expanding ladders was a TSV twice, a Canon camera was, etc.
