I like the skirt - it looks young and edgy.  Found skirts are so easy to wear and have several in my closet.  Usually I don't particularly like the layered look and think the look may be a trend that will go the way of Sport Savy in a year or two  But this skirt is an exception.

Looks like something from the 40s.  I've never seen a frumpier looking piece of clothing.  It does nothing for any shape.

A simple, "I don't care for it" or "it wouldn't look good on me" would've worked without denegrading other buyers who like it and feel that it looks good on them, no?

Of course, it's obvious that wasn't the real point of this post........SMH

She's probably new here and had NO idea that such an overtly negative review would bring on a maelstrom of equally negative responses.

Pencil skirts never go out of style. And the ruching is an interesting update. I saw a skort at Bass Pro Shop today with the ruching on both sides but it was adjustable and a shorter skirt. very cute

I am not a LOGO fan but I do like this skirt.  Since it is very body con it does not read frumpy.  Vince Camuto has done a very similar skirt for the past couple of years and it gets rave reviews.

I think the skirt is chic and sexy.

What I find very odd is when people try to speak badly of something by saying it looks like something from another era.  Oh, my.  So many other eras, and particularly the 40s, had gorgeous, well-cut, and terrific clothes.

It's a compliment to say something looks like it's from the 40s.

This is only the image from the page with many items.  And those photos are usually awful.  But here, this skirt looks wonderful.  Nothing cringe-worthy to be seen.

that is a great updated pencil skirt. the ruching really makes the look more contemporary.....it can easily be a "not so basic basic" to be used year round. i like the henna and the black.

I think it is the coolest skirt ever.  Certainly not cringe worthy.  I would have never posted it that way.  I think anything vintage or retro looking is the bomb.  I'd be all over this skirt if I had the figure for it.  As of now, I'd look like an exploded sausage in it.....but if anyone has it and can wear it, great!!!

I'll just say - I wouldn't wear it.
