@MaggieMack I can't even imagine. I know I couldn't handle that kind of cold. I lived on the east coast for two years in the late 80s and I still remember those winters.
Today I travel quite a bit for work. It can be chilly in San Francisco, Seattle and Portland. My little tricks with this coat will help.
I had a work meeting in Chicago last year and when our colleagues came to pick us up they said "We've left the car running to keep it warm for you -- it's 11 below out there." When the air hit my lungs I thought they would freeze!
