I found more than one brand @cuddlesmama. Zulilly (CY Fashions) for $25 and the one in my pic is from Lulus (no brand).

I like the fabric in that one @Pecky. It's a 60/40 cotton/poly blend. The one from Zulilly is rayon/span.

This one is $44 from Z Supply, baby french terry.  It has pockets just like Kirsten's. Not sure if the other ones have pockets but this one definitely does:

Thank you so much for posting @SilleeMee!  I turned on the tv, and saw her dress and immediately searched the forum!  I think it's the same dress on Z Supply and LuLu's.  Has anyone ever ordered from either site? It appears to run true to size so I think I'll order the medium.

I've never ordered from either one @corinne. I wear XS in Q size so I ordered the S in the Z Supply dress. I want it to fit snug around the chest and not have the arm holes too big and gap. I plan on wearing this with a black skinnytee-type tank under it when the weather gets cooler. Come winter, I am going to wear it with a long-sleeve slim-fit tee so the dress will be like a jumper...a pair of black leggings and military-inspired short boots.
