I would have never guessed that is Kim.  As someone else said she looks terrible, ghastly is more like it.  The whole outfit is ugly and what is that huge tie thing all about?  And the suit is too tight looks as though it shrunk in the laundry.

Sorry Kim but too much plastic and the suit is yuck.

She doesn't look good. She's had WAY too much plastic surgery. NOT a fan of her, the pink (yuck) suit or the scarf or whatever she's wearing around her neck.

Maybe she was so late getting dressed and chose a suit that is way too tight in the arms, the bow on the shirt was not tied and worse yet, she may have forgotten her teeth.  I was joking about that but since I have had that implant removed x2 and another one implanted and had to have it removed and now have a partial there, I have to be careful and not forget it when i am going out.  LOL.   I did leave home once without it and we had to turn around and go back home, after about 40 miles.

I've had an implant removed 2x also; he didn't give me an antibiotic and my cheek swelled up horribly. which set me up for other failures, surprisingly because of how the gum regrew.

Same thing with me and one of the many reasons I had to delay my mastectomy and getting a partial as my dentist would not even think of making me a partial based on the swelling and inflammation.  Unfortunately, I still have pain there from nerve damage.

She looks fine to me.  She is thick in the waist but always has been on the wider side we all know from  Sex and The City.  So maybe the jacket should have been left open or one size larger.  The blouse might have looked better as well.

I think you are right.  The jacket would likely have fit her better opened.  She is not one who can wear a closed jacket, after thinking about it.  It's just not a good look for her.  Maybe a size bigger jacket.  It is definitely too tight in the waist and shoulders.

@wilma  -  I also like my blazers to be fitted.  Boxy and oversized doesn't look good on me.  Her suit is nice and fits well.
