Surprisingly, I don't think she looks that bad!  I can't imagine why she would want to wear a latex dress, but.....  I think also it would be terribly hot!!!!  And, there should be many, many other things she could pick which would be so much more attractive on her!

I don't think she pulled it off at all.  Looks pretty bad to me. The dress looks like someone cut up garbage bags and wrapped them around her.  The pulls across the front of the dress accentuate her tummy and those wings/shoulder pads aren't helping. This is a definite NAY!
