That is just one big hot mess.  It even looks like she is sporting some thunder thighs under that sack cloth.  Of course with Katie's great figure I know that is not the case but  the dress and window is just yuck all over.

It's not botherin me that much. I have seen much much worse. I don't care for that purse with the dress, and she does need a slip, but to just run out for coffee, its ok.....I was just watching her on the movie First Daughter, she was just adorable in that movie!

I don't care for the colors, print, length, sleeves, or deep v-neck so it's nothing I would wear. She looks a bit disheveled, but IMO a lot of her daily running around photos look that way. If she likes that style, that's her business not mine.
