Kathy Van Zeeland Purse Warranty?

Do Kathy Van Zeeland purses sold on QVC have a warranty? I bought one back in May 2010, and the handles are coming apart at the seams. Thank you!

I have the same problem. I have a silver handbag and the coating is coming off of the handles. I have 2 Kathy Van Zeeland bags but the silver one's handles started flaking away after 3-5 years. I will never buy another one since I got no response when I inquired about repair or replacement.

even the more expensive DOONEY and COACH purses only come with a one year warranty.

 

i doubt that KVZ purses had more than that and now it has been 9 years for your handbag.
