I have never heard of Kathleen Kirkwood, I was going through different  channels and saw her presentation of her no peplum peplum top it is really cute and is a good price.

She has been around a long time.  I remember when shoulder pads were in and they were sold on QVC or maybe HSN.   JC Penney's also carried them in their stores.

Kathleen was a fashion model.  She came to qvc years ago with shoulder pads.  Hers were very nice, not over the top.  She has been doing tops for many years.  Quality is great.  I have tops from a long time ago;  they still look good and wash well.  I like her new no peplum peplum.

I bought this top in 2 colors -- the wine which is beautiful -- and black.  Fit is good and it's a bit different,  I like them.
