To see it on her in person is probably better than in a photo.

 

She can carry it off with her height and thin body.

 

I think she looks pretty and confident in it!

Very fashion forward and obviously not for everyone but she carries it beautifully.  Love the fit, color and choice of shoes.  Stunning!
