Justine Leconte: Ordered Items Are Evaluated By a Designer

The Best Street Style From Copenhagen Fashion Week Spring 2019 Style inspiration can be hard to come by in August, when the air is thick with humidity and even the most stylish women resort to breezy dresses or cutoffs to beat the heat. Fortunately, we can look to Copenhagen Fashion Week to lift our sartorial spirits in the dog days of summer. It’s extra-warm in the Danish capital right now, so we’ve already seen a few girls in shorts, while several others are choosing easy, one-and-done printed dresses. More surprising is the amount of plaid—picnic-blanket dresses, tie-dyed plaid blouses, and even a plaid slip. Maybe it’s the new gingham? Style du Monde photographer Acielle is on the ground capturing all of the best looks, and New Yorkers should bookmark their favorites now; our own Fashion Week is just a month away. See our latest coverage here, and check back for daily updates.

@ECBG, when I saw the title of your post, I assumed you were referring to the try-on / review Justine did of the pieces from Asos, in the video which she released this morning. The body of your post suggests something entirely different. Am I missing something?

@Texasmouse,No.  She's trying on a specific brand and if I mentioned it, we would most likely get a "poof".  I thought the example of evaluation "the nugget" here and might be useful to others.
