Justine Leconte Fashion Trends Fall,Winter 2019 And How To Wear Them

I see a lot of things where I liked one element or the other.  I don't care for mono outfits, probably because I love variety so.

Simply hideous. I can't decide what is uglier..I am delighted I don't have to wear carp like this

I like:

  • the 'shades of' monochromatic dressing
  • that suits are back
  • power shoulders

I'm not particularly liking:

  • the oversized coats
  • the dark florals as I don't really do florals
  • end of the world Woman Very Happy

There are many elements: wind, fire, water
But none quite like the element of surprise

@Bird mama "End of the world" was interesting  but I don't want it.  I do like some dark florals, probably because I love color against black.

@ECBG

Thanks for posting! I always enjoy her videos.

I would not wear monochromatic in bright colors or in a pantsuit. I have done it with a knee length dress, matching tights, and shoes in navy. I already own a few abstract florals on dark backgrounds. I like a good suit, but I have no need for one since retiring. Not really into long flowy coats, big shoulders, end of the world, chunky chains, or 90s inspired items.

@wilma Not into monocolor at all.  Aside from being labor intensive to match everything, I love texture and pattern too much.  It leaves me visually empty!

I am short so I like a monochromatic look as it makes me look taller.  I love most of the monochrome looks although in a less exaggerated size (or less boyfriend-like).

My mother wore monochrome, suits or the more casual, dyed-to-match cashmere sweaters and skirt with nylons and great shoes.

I never became my mother, although my sister and daughter are.
