Yes, at least mine in the pastel flowered one. I love it but it was a little snug in the hips - and I have no hips! The skirt is beautiful but I didn't buy another one because it's a tad difficult to wear - very slippery. I'll use the advice of one poster and pull the skirt down to do my business because it's hard to gather up all the "points" of the skirt!
