I can't really see what the bottom part of it it --- is it a skirt or shorts??  From what I can see it looks kind of cute on her.  If its a casual sort of event, it would be o.k.

@San Antonio Gal  Not everyone can carry that look off, but I think that she can.  Skirt is a little short and the shoes are ugly, but I think she looks good in the outfit.

The next time that I hear salt and ice together, it better be in a margarita!

I think the suit is cute on her.  I don't lke those shoes with the suit though.

I don't hate it, but would like it more if the jacket was worn with a straight leg navy pant.

Sure, if I were 23ish and headed out to Happy Hour.

 

If I still lived winters in the North, I'd like the jacket with navy trousers.  

 

I was going to say I don't like any of her outfit below the jacket, but the truth is stronger than that.

I don't think anything can look bad on her. I agree with other posters the shoes are a no.
