A good value at $40, free s&h for 70 hangers + extras. The bags are great as gift bags. I bought the gray/silver

This is also a good buy at $20. We use the full size steamer all the time. I need the small one for travel, so I will gift the new full size one. Only a few colors left

Hello....hoping you are having a great day.
What I need to know: is the 'steamer' on today? The reason I ask is I have bought 7 over a period of 13 months the larger ones, but after 2 MONTHS they fail to operate ....that tells me ( not to compare with any one else's purchases) pretty much junk, BUT, with the ___>MINI, that I have (1 ) has operated as should be, now at 10 months, using it maybe for 10 minutes every "4" days. It stopped last week!
Unfortunately, the design is very shotty with mine. I would have absolutely no qualms if they-(HSN) replaced one by one under the 2 MONTH period. What I have found out from reading here about the same subject/ My little steamer, over the past 15 months, along with the REVIEWS....they had 1star, if that.
If I should buy another -mini-, I would hope this would be my best bet.....in other words: I am purchasing too many of the larger ones which absolutely fail at exactly around the time period.
I have saved all that fail to operate and boxing them to send to either the JOY woman or to top management, asking to go back in to my acc't identifying date of purchase, then have feedback why do *These* FAIL. ???? JUNK, in my opinion/my purchases!!!!!
I no longer buy Joy M' steamers. Mine has always been pure JUNK- JUNK- JUNK++++

.
...."the original hangers from several years ago have been 99% perfect with only 2 breaking. I have apprx. 40 new from that order still in the box.
Good luck ln your purchase.
I do want to preface this: HSN custlmer service will NOT take any of mine to 'check out' at my expense. That is very poor mangement 100% I have lived in "c" for a short time with my husband /business exports from USA, so I do ___DO__ know cheap labor and approx. what one steamer would actually cost to make. The mark up is unbelievable...that is exactly how JM can do these (what appears to be great deals) low prices. I can NOT find a clothes steamer in this country! I hope that the design has been improved, though...but will give 3 stars fkr The Mini, lasting for operation over 7 months, but not for the larger ones.
I don't care to hear certain posters telling me that (theirs) work just fine...I have been through this senseless conversation before, especially with ne poster n particular. This IS MY experience!

The last Huggable Hangers I bought as a Day's Special were literally the last. I got two sets. They kept breaking right where the hook goes into the hanger. I'd find things laying on the floor and I'm not talking heavy items. Just things like a blouse. They were clearly defective.
I have a set from way back and every one of those is still perfect. You can see by comparing them that the newer sets (at least the ones I got) are thinner and they have that monogram stamped into the hanger. That's where the weak point is.
I just throw each one out as it breaks and will replace with something else, when I need to. But it won't be HH.

Sorry to hear that the new ones break...I too still have my originals...and I just bought this TSV in Sapphire...oh well....

I've had several sets of Joy's hangers by now. I've yet to have one break, and I even hang heavier coats on them. I've bought each set at different times, so some are older versions and some newer, with the same good result. Just ordered the red. Did the sapphire blue last year and loved them.

@Mothertrucker - You might be lucky, you never know. I do know that I wasn't the only one this happened to with that particular TS. Others left reviews complaining about the same thing. Also, when I received them, three or four hangers in each set were badly finished or damaged, so I called HSN's CS. The guy I spoke to said he was going to send replacements and that they'd had other calls about the same issue. So it wasn't just me, but it put me off buying any more.
Good luck with yours. I hope they turn out to be perfect!

Her products are made-in-China junk.

You mean we were not made in China; everything else is.

I thought the T.S. was a great price, and I almost bought it. That being said..I didn't. I still have a box I haven't used. All of my hangers are HH's. I don't think; however, the quality is what it was 10 years ago. I've had 3 or 4 break recently.
