Re: Joan Rivers has passed :(

I did not see what I have just posted but in long story short these QVC (plastic) hosts should have at least cut into the show for just five minutes being Joan Rivers has ONLY been with QVC for twenty four years it would have been the decent thing to do just like they did with Jeanne Bice.....ya think????

I knew, when the phrase "keeping her comfortable" came that bad news was coming, but still I sit here stunned. RIP Ms. Joan, a wonderful lady.

So sorry to hear about the loss of one of the first great female comedians. Your humor was funny and to the point .....what everyone was thinking...you said. That's what made us laugh so much. Joan...you will be missed.

I don't know why her passing is hitting me so hard.... but it is. Probably since my mother and I bonded over our love for all things Joan more than we did anything else.

My heart goes out to all who loved her

Same for me. My mother (also deceased) and I enjoyed her so much. Joan's passing is hitting me the same way as when mom's dog (that I took care of after she became ill and couldn't anymore) died...like another loss of a piece of that life.

Re: Joan Rivers has passed :(

Yes I'm sad, but...after having time to think about it, I'm kinda/sorta glad we didn't see a feeble Joan deteriorate before our eyes over the next yrs...you know? The memory seeing her on TV/in person is the memory I want to keep. Hope this makes sense.
