RIP Joan. I am so upset and shocked. I didn't like Joan when I was younger but got to kinow her and love her on QVC. I was just getting into her line of clothes and jewelry. She sure knew how to dress. Can't imagine how upset everyone is. I had a feeling when I heard that she was taken out of Intensive Care and put into a private room that nothing else could be done. My son had cardiac arrest and was hooked up to life support for two days and then passed so I am familiar with what could happen after one has cardiac arrest. I just feel so bad and just don't know what to do. David, Guiliana, Kelly, her family and everyone that knew her needs our support even if it comes through thoughts and prayers. God Bless you Joan.

What a heartless thing to say, Remee. People are sad and upset, and this is their way of dealing with their sorrow. If praying and meditating is your way, good for you. I won't tell you how to live your life, please don't tell others how to live theirs.

In the meantime, I would like to express how sad I am with Joan's passing. She was a role model in so many ways. She broke ground for women comedians, and she showed the world that you can work hard and have lots of energy into your 80's. She was the youngest 81 I have ever seen. I admired Joan so much. This is just awful.

Joan was still vibrant at 81. She went out with all her faculties intact and I think that is what she would have wanted. Just a reminder that we should all live life every day as if it were our last.
