Sorry, but I totally disagree. Perhaps she has a lot to learn; but she totally messed up with an item I was interested in and did nothing to correct the situation.
Lori tried to correct her and she agreed, and then went right on making the same mistake throughout the presentation. Seasoned hosts know to ask the producer for help to clarify when there is confusion about color names on items. We need to know what we are looking at and ordering.
I try not to be critical of hosts, or to do it diplomatically. Just could not overlook this. I had great difficulty finding out what to order and that is frustrating. No room for mistakes that are costly to return. Even Customer Service could not help.
I agree that Amy sometimes gets overly excited, but she is still the right host to work with Lori.
