You can see them briefly if you watch the video for Belle by Kim Gravel Reg Signature Zip Up Utility Dress that was during the show at midnight. They almost look like a Logo jean.

I believe they were Kim's Delray denim crop jeans. They were on in to ight's 7 - 10 pm ET show.
