Will Jason Wu   be presenting a  QVC  fashion line  for  spring 2023 ?

Also, is Dennis Basso  presenting anything but  winter wear ?

I don't know, but it looks to me Jason Wu is on his way out or is out.

As for Dennis Basso, nothing new has been coming in.

There are no programs scheduled for either one in the next few weeks.

It may be coincidence but both Dennis and Jason faded out after Katrina Szich left. I know she left to go to work for Newsmax, but maybe she is planning on a fashion career similar to Lisa Robertson who appears to be quite successful with her endeavor.

I like both Jason Wu and Dennis Basso. But lately Dennis's fashions have not been my cup of tea. It seems like we are being inundated with Kim Gravel, Susan Graver, LOGO and Denim & Co. I personally miss Dialogue and other really nicely made clothes they used to sell.

My impression has been that QVC is going extreme casual / lounge / leisure.  And apparently that's what QVC customers are buying.

I don't have much use for the casual/lounge/leisure clothes.

Wu and Basso don't fit that into those categories.

I think Jason Wu never caught on with shoppers.  It would not surprise me if it was over for him.   Dennis Basso has never done much in terms of summer fashions.  It's jackets and coats in the Fall/Winter for him.

I think Wu never got the promotion necessary to bring up his sales. His clothes are nice. Basso used to have beautiful dressy shirts in faux dupioni silk and other dressy fabrics. The clothes were nice for weddings and special occasions.

I've been watching HSN recently ... and Wu and Basso might be a better fit there.

And Tolani ...

Wu & Basso are true designer brands. Not owned by Qurate.

I suspect we will be seeing a lot less from both because of that.
