They have nothing to apologize for. They are clearly two of the nicest, most caring professionals I have ever seen. They work very hard and are very honest. Without a doubt, their customers come first. His blogs are awesome with pictures and explanations that you would never see from other vendors. He answers questions which I think must take a great deal of his time. This is time he could spend with the lovely Jac doing things they enjoy. Truthfully, they could probably retire, but you can see how much they love and enjoy their work. A class act! I hope they can put this day behind them and move forward.

I absolutely agree! Linea is my favorite brand on QVC and I love Louis and Jac. It was very nice of Jac to explain what happened. Very classy, indeed!

Jac There are days like that... Thanks for letting us know what was going on. The clothes & jewelry we saw were still amazing.

Jac, you and Louis are such a classy, down to earth couple. You are both so professional and truly care about your customers. I watched the show and felt bad for Louis because I could tell he wasn't completely himself especially when he asked where the models were (when only one came out). Its a shame that Louis puts so much of his time preparing for his shows and then something goes awry. But not to worry, the designs and clothes speak for themselves and, as always, are beautiful and classy, just like both of you.

Classy couple and clothing line. They owe him a 3 hour prime time show. I never understand why he isn't on more. Best clothing line on QVC.

I'm relieved to learn that no one was ill or injured backstage during the Linea presentation; I was fearful that something was terribly wrong. SIX models for the show and no one on the runway for two presentations, that's a first. When Kate finally came out alone and Louis asked if everyone was on strike, she smiled and handled it very professionally, but you could tell that she was upset. I hope Louis gave whoever was in charge backstage of changing the script in the middle of the choreographed show a piece of his mind. I'd like to do the same.

QVC PLEASE FIRE WHOEVER WAS IN CHARGE OF MAKING THE BACKSTAGE LAST MINUTE CHANGES DURING THIS LINEA PRESENTAION!

There are 6 models in Louis' show, and when no one was coming out I saw the concern on his face and when Kate finally came out alone she looked upset too. What ever last minute change they decided to make was not a good one. It obviously through the show off, but I love the clothes and had pre-ordered. I would have loved to see the lace pieces on and seen how Louis styled them. I'll have to go back to his website to take another look.

Linea shows are one of the few that I actually watch, as opposed to looking at what was presented online. And recently I have started to order, because the clothes fit, are of good quality, and look good on me. Not everything fits my lifestyle, but what I have purchased, I have enjoyed. I was confused during the show yesterday with the lack of models, and even with his wife's explanation, still do not understand why that show had to be disrupted. Why not mess with one of the shows that had multiple presentations, like the hours of LOGO or Dooney that were on yesterday?

I only watched a few of the videos, I did not notice any tension or problems, what items had major issues?

Sadly, I wonder what QVC's reaction will be to that post. It would be nice if they would learn from it, but I have to wonder.

How upsetting for a designer to find his/her show turned into something far less than had been diligently prepared.
