JCP-SO SAD!

I went to JC Penneys yesterday to check out the Liz spring fashions! It was pathetic-the store was almost totally empty. The only department that had many items was Jrs. Liz had a few 12" pull on skirts and very short sleeved tops-not my style. I walked through and kept going to Dillards! I think JCP will liquidate & close in the near future.
